Refinish Technical Team put SEAT's Top People to the Test!

At PPG we strive for relationships that go above and beyond sales transactions, we immerse ourselves in the culture of our clients and offer our expertise in the bettering of their knowledge and understanding of our products and services. This is no more evident than in the work the PPG Refinish Technical Team did in collaboration with the Top SEAT People competition.

There was a huge turn out at this year's Top SEAT People contest in Barcelona. 148 professionals from SEAT´s International Aftermarket Network gathered in the city to compete in the final stage of the competition and the PPG Refinish Technical Team collaborated in the design and execution of the theoretical-practical tests in the Car refinishing category.

Car Refinishing is one of ten categories where members of staff can battle it out to become one of SEAT's Top People.

With their expert insight in the field, the tests in this category were designed and executed by the PPG Refinish Technical Department. Under the management of Jordi Orriols, and with the support of expert trainers Eduardo Pérez and Santiago Pérez, the contestants proved their skills and knowledge in the PPG Refinish brand's site in Sitges, Spain near Barcelona.

It is a pleasure for the PPG Refinish international team to collaborate in the development and organisation of these tests for another year. SEAT´s Aftersales training department staff made us feel like part of the team of the automaker.

Ernesto Zapata, Business Development Manager, PPG Refinish

Mario Viadero, from Talleres Hercos Colindres, in Cantabria, Spain took on representatives from a total of 26 countries in the 18th edition of this annual contest and outshone them all to take home the win!
