Generating Incredible Sales & Award Recognition

PPG’s sales development manager for our sites in Poland, Piotr Kwaśny, has been recognized as an Extra Mile Hero for his incredible work in our sales department.

During his time with PPG, Piotr has brought in award recognition, incredible sales and valuable relationships to the company. We can’t wait to see how far he goes in 2019!

Piotr’s Career Beginnings

Piotr started his sales career with PPG in 2001 and has been with us for 18 amazing years. Though he began as a sales representative, his career developed dynamically, and Piotr dove into new challenges. His exciting roles included regional manager, key account manager, country key account manager and his current position as PPG sales development manager. His drive for excellence developed his sales skills to amazing new heights and generated massive success for PPG!

Winning a Prestigious Sales Competition

His decade-long experience means Piotr has brought success-after-success to PPG and our sales departments. One of his many major accomplishments took place in 2012. The Polish National Sales Awards (a prestigious sales and customer service competition) announced Piotr as the winner of the 2012 Key Account Manager award!

We were thrilled to see our colleague recognized for his principles of good practice in sales. Other incredible achievements within the company include his close involvement with our biggest clients in Poland. Many activities generated the largest sales result (in 2017) ever achieved for PPG Deco Polska (with Castorama Poland). Throughout the years, Piotr has repeated this sales wizardry over and over!

Piotr’s incredible sales work isn’t only reflected in numbers, but also in his amazing relationship-building work. He strives for reliable and long-lasting relationships with our clients. By making sure he delivers reliable information to customers and constantly searches for solutions for the needs of our clients, he provides high standards, honesty and transparency to all.
