Meet the 2021 Rainmakers
Throughout an unforgettable year marked by disruption, uncertainty and tragedy, 16 leaders in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) continued to keep their eyes on the future, bringing their best energy to PPG each day to move the company forward.
The European Leadership Team (ELT) in EMEA recently recognized their outstanding efforts and has named them 2021 Rainmakers. The Rainmaker award is the highest recognition that an EMEA employee can receive. It honors individuals for their significant contributions to EMEA operations and their commitment to The PPG Way. Recipients are selected by ELT members after a comprehensive review of nominees' efforts to drive development, growth and change within our company.
This was a most challenging year for all of our employees yet, working together, we persevered and achieved our objectives as One PPG. Our 2021 Rainmakers showed additional resilience and adaptability, and a willingness to look at opportunities and challenges in new ways. In doing so, they delivered superior outcomes that set them apart and continue to inspire us. We are grateful for their efforts.
