Innovations Showcased at the Omega European Masters

For the second year in a row, PPG is sponsoring the Omega European Masters in Crans Montana, Switzerland.

The world-renowned golfing event runs from the 6^th to the 9^th of September 2018 and we’re in fulll swing with welcoming our guests to this prestigious event.

Innovation at Our Core

As part of our sponsorship, this year we've launched our very first PPG Innovation Summit series and we've been sharing our most cutting-edge technologies with our guests! The Innovation Summit is a gathering of some of the top scientists from our R&D centers from around the world.

After being welcomed to the event on their first night in the city, PPG delegates spend the next day in the hospitality village and watching some world-class golf.

Jean-Marie Greindl, Senior VP AC & President EMEA, has been giving the opening speech and David Bem our CTO and Vice President has been presenting on the first two days, delivering a wowing presentation.

The room itself has been divided into four zones where experts from PPG have been waiting to share their latest innovations with our audience.

The four zones are:

• Healthy Communities – In this area we’ll be showcasing some of our leading coatings technologies that help to improve quality of life and healthy communities
• The Natural Environment – Our guests have been introduced to leading PPG products that have been created to enhance and protect the natural environment
• Economic Vitality – With some amazing advancements in coatings across various industries our guests have been gaining an insight into how we’re supporting our customers’ economic vitality
• Partners for the Future – The final zone focuses on how PPG are looking even further into the future and thinking about how our technologies and the expertise in our world-class research and development teams are going the foundation of our ongoing relationships with our clients and partners
